About This Role
- Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, resilient regulatory reporting platforms on the RHOO platform.
- Design and implement low-latency, event-driven streaming solutions using Kafka, Spark, Flink, and cloud-native technologies with AI/GenAI integration.
- Manage architecture governance, performance optimization, production readiness, and mentor engineering teams to ensure delivery under tight regulatory timelines.
Minimum Requirements
- 13-15+ years of relevant experience in regulatory reporting, big data, cloud, AI/ML, and enterprise architecture.
- 8+ years hands-on Java development with Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
- Proven expertise with Kafka, Spark, Flink, Hadoop ecosystem, AWS services (ECS, S3, CodePipeline), Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and CI/CD tools.
- Experience delivering large-scale regulatory reporting or capital markets solutions with knowledge of financial messaging standards (FIX, FpML, ISO20022).

- Senior technical leader comfortable aligning technology strategy with long-term business goals in regulatory technology domains.
- Experienced in integrating AI/GenAI (LLMs, RAG, AI Agents) into regulated financial platforms and driving enterprise-wide AI transformation.
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and ability to lead complex programs with aggressive timelines in capital markets or RegTech environments.
