About This Role
- Lead platform and service architecture across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and hybrid infrastructure environments managing full service lifecycle including availability, performance, security, scalability, and cost.
- Oversee service delivery and supplier performance, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met; coordinate incident, problem, and change management with internal teams and service providers.
- Drive capacity and performance management through forecasting, demand planning, right-sizing, lifecycle management, and support migration projects including planning, testing, and operational handover.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of infrastructure experience with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Experience in solution architecture and service delivery management including managing hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Advanced English communication skills; experience coordinating infrastructure migrations and supplier management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing architecture and service delivery across multiple cloud platforms (Azure and AWS) and hybrid infrastructure with emphasis on operational excellence and cost optimization.
- Strong background in capacity planning, FinOps practices, automation, and cloud governance aligned with security standards.
- Ability to coordinate regional and global stakeholders including business teams, external providers, and service teams to drive service reliability and transformation initiatives.
