About This Role
- Maintain and update financial and demand forecasting models monthly and quarterly.
- Produce management reports with variance analysis and actionable insights to support leadership decisions.
- Drive process improvements and automation to enhance forecast accuracy and reporting efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Statistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 0 to 2 years experience in financial planning, forecasting, demand planning, budgeting, or related analytical roles.
- Strong Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and basic financial modeling.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English for collaboration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including finance, commercial, and supply partners.
- Experience or interest in using BI and reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus.
- Demonstrates a detail-oriented, analytical approach with ability to communicate insights clearly for decision making.
