About This Role
- Lead product costing and production accounting for assigned manufacturing groups ensuring accurate unit costs and timely cost roll-ups.
- Own month-end production accounting, reconciliations, and management reporting for manufacturing sites and supply chain stakeholders.
- Drive data quality, process improvements, automation, and support financial controls and audit activities related to manufacturing costs.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or equivalent required.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CPA) completed or in progress mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years experience in product costing, production accounting, or manufacturing finance.
- Practical experience with ERP systems required; SAP experience preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in manufacturing finance or supply chain finance within a global company environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and operate effectively in a matrix organization.
- Hands-on experience with SAP manufacturing costing modules and delivering process automation and reporting improvements.
