- Lead elicitation, analysis, and prioritisation of requirements for migration of legacy SAS-based RWA calculations and data processing to Python-based solutions.
- Document and maintain current and target state processes, calculation logic, data lineage, controls, and exception handling for effective delivery and traceability throughout development and UAT phases.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and manage testing support including scenario definition, defect triage, and business validation to ensure solution meets business and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years experience as Business or Functional Analyst, specifically with legacy SAS platforms and risk-weighted asset (RWA) calculations.
- Strong knowledge of banking data, regulatory or risk-calculation processes, data lineage, reconciliations and control requirements.
- Proven experience analysing complex SAS programs and translating logic and data transformations into implementation-ready Python requirements.
- Experience in Agile delivery environments and using collaboration, backlog-management, and documentation tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in bridging business, product, technology and risk stakeholders for complex financial data and calculation platform migrations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in requirements management including process modelling, use case and user story definition, acceptance criteria, and traceability.
- Capability to leverage AI tools responsibly to improve productivity, optimise workflows, and solve business problems in regulated financial contexts.
