About This Role
- Design, develop and maintain scalable data models and pipelines supporting analytical and product data needs organization-wide.
- Define and own business KPIs, their measurement plans and reporting; build reliable and timely ETL/ELT processes ensuring data quality and performance.
- Create impactful dashboards/reports using modern BI tools; implement reporting standardization and foster self-service analytics.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data engineering roles.
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in data modeling techniques like dimensional modeling, 3NF, or data vault.
- Experience with Python or Scala programming; expertise in database fundamentals and SQL performance tuning.
- Experience with data lake or Snowflake ecosystem and building reporting/dashboard solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in collaborating with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate data needs into scalable solutions.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments managing complex data problems while standardizing reporting and analytics.
- Comfortable with strategic thinking around data requirements, KPI definition, and enabling self-service analytics across large data sets.
