About This Role
- Design, develop, and implement backend microservices and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Own technical delivery including code quality, testing (unit and integration), and deployment automation (CI/CD).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business analysts, QA, and architects to deliver scalable, high-availability enterprise solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience as Lead Engineer or Senior Software Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Java 8+ with hands-on experience in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA.
- Experience with microservices architecture, REST API design, and relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Working knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes (basic to intermediate).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has technical leadership experience with accountability for design and delivery in enterprise software projects.
- Exposure to front-end technologies like React and experience in high-volume, high-availability environments, preferably in BFSI domain.
- Comfortable working in Agile teams and driving innovation with focus on automation and scalable cloud-based managed services.
