About This Role
- Manage, monitor, and maintain client IT systems and infrastructure ensuring high availability, security, and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across multiple platforms and services.
- Implement security controls and support modernization initiatives through evaluation and deployment of new technologies.
Minimum Requirements
- Japanese Language Proficiency: JLPT N1 preferred; minimum N2/N3 with strong reading, writing, listening, speaking skills.
- 5 years of relevant experience, including with Japanese clients or teams preferred.
- Good English communication skills and understanding of Japanese business etiquette and workplace culture.
- Automation experience (IaaS), vulnerability management, and knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and federation services preferred but not mandatory.

- Experienced in managing complex IT infrastructure with a focus on stability, security, and compliance in client-facing environments.
- Skilled in Japanese language with practical understanding of Japanese business culture to effectively collaborate with Japanese clients and teams.
