About This Role
- Conduct client due diligence (CDD and ECDD) and periodic KYC/KYB reviews ensuring compliance with MAS regulations and internal policies for BitGo Singapore's onboarding.
- Own and improve the customer onboarding process for the APAC region, coordinating with internal teams and managing customer communications end-to-end.
- Identify and implement process improvements to mitigate compliance risks and support MAS-regulated onboarding requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-10 years experience in compliance, onboarding, or due diligence roles, preferably in fintech or crypto domains.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Relevant professional certifications in compliance, especially related to crypto and digital assets, preferred.
- Role is based onsite in Bangalore office; must comply with MAS PSN02 guidelines and related regulatory standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in MAS-regulated onboarding and AML/KYC processes within fintech or crypto sectors.
- Practices analytical rigor with strong documentation and communication capabilities, ensuring thorough regulatory compliance.
- Capable of working onsite and collaborating across teams to streamline onboarding and enhance compliance effectiveness in a regulated environment.
