About This Role
- Define and co-own test strategies and plans including automation for programs/projects.
- Drive automation, tool adoption, and QA efficiency initiatives aligned with DevOps principles and organizational tech strategy.
- Lead and mentor technical experts, provide thought leadership, and implement portfolio-level QA improvements, including cloud testing concepts.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of hands-on test automation experience with tools like Selenium or Playwright.
- Working knowledge of Core Java, API testing tools such as RestAssured or Karate, and SQL with Oracle or relational databases.
- Familiarity with Agile practices, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, Maven, and basic knowledge of AWS Cloud and Kubernetes.
- Work Experience Required: 2-4 years in test automation and related technologies.

- Experienced in developing, maintaining, and enhancing complex automation frameworks with a strategic focus on efficiency and innovation.
- Familiar with modern software development/testing practices including Agile, TDD, Test Pyramid, and cloud-based testing environments.
- Capable of translating business requirements into effective automated test scenarios and leading cross-functional collaboration while influencing QA standards across projects.
