About This Role
- Lead the ERP Data Analytics, AI & Automation Platform strategy, governance, delivery, and operational performance across GSK's ERP landscape.
- Oversee ERP analytics, data provisioning, visualization, conversational AI, intelligent automation, and enterprise reporting to enable trusted data and actionable insights.
- Manage platform modernization including SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation, platform architecture, governance, vendor management, and service delivery to drive business value and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 18+ years of experience in ERP, Data & Analytics, AI, Automation, or Enterprise Technology roles with leadership of global teams and large-scale transformation initiatives.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing enterprise data, analytics, AI, automation or ERP platform teams including people, budgets, and vendors.
- Strong experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments and extensive knowledge of SAP BW, BW/4HANA, SAC, Datasphere, BDC, and Power BI technologies.
- Proven ability managing strategic vendors and multi-million-dollar technology budgets; experience with compliance in regulated industries like pharmaceuticals.
