About This Role
- Support a team by developing, debugging, and enhancing system software primarily using C# and .NET within Windows/Desktop environments.
- Participate in design, development discussions, and feature estimation, including planning legacy tool migration to new unified systems and languages.
- Develop and execute unit and system tests, document best practices, and provide technical support and mentoring to junior members.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in system software development.
- Proficient in C# programming and .NET, with solid experience in Windows environment debugging and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban), TDD, CI/CD, and tools like Jira.
- Experience with Unisys Clear Path MCP/OS 2200 systems is a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in system software within networking domain using C# and .NET on Windows Desktop.
- Comfortable working in Agile teams and contributing to product/system element improvements with analytical and system thinking skills.
- Able to mentor junior team members and communicate effectively with stakeholders on technical progress and challenges.
