About This Role
- Lead planning and optimisation of 4G and 5G Radio Access Networks to enhance coverage, capacity, and customer experience.
- Analyse RF and network performance data to identify and resolve complex issues and support 5G modernisation and network upgrades.
- Collaborate with technology vendors and cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership and mentoring within wireless network domain.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Mobile RAN planning, optimisation, and performance management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent tertiary engineering qualification.
- Strong knowledge of 4G/5G RAN architecture, RF principles, and network optimisation.
- Expertise in RF optimisation and data analytics (including Python and scripting) highly desirable but not explicitly mandatory.

- Experienced in delivering end-to-end mobile network optimisation and performance improvements in complex wireless environments.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex network data into actionable engineering solutions.
- Proven track record collaborating with multiple vendors and stakeholders to implement network enhancements and upgrades.
