About This Role
- Lead end-to-end development, enhancement, maintenance, and L2/L3 support of the TrueCall telecom data-processing platform.
- Build and integrate 5G and NB-IoT data-processing capabilities; develop automation for operational activities and deployment consistency using Python, Shell, Perl, SQL, and Ansible.
- Monitor network and call-quality KPIs, troubleshoot complex issues, support production deployments, and modernize legacy applications to improve performance and scalability.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant Mobile RAN / telecom engineering experience with network performance and optimization exposure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent tertiary engineering qualification.
- Strong hands-on programming and scripting skills in Python, Shell, Perl, and SQL.
- Experience in supporting and troubleshooting business-critical production applications/platforms; understanding of 4G/5G RAN, IoT/NB-IoT, network architecture and interfaces.
