About This Role
- Coordinate planning, scheduling, and mobilisation of UK survey campaigns across multiple disciplines ensuring alignment with landowner permissions and site restrictions.
- Maintain and manage master survey trackers, resource plans, and access matrices to provide clear visibility of survey status, blockers, and forecast completion.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards, manage risk assessments, and provide timely progress updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience coordinating multi-discipline surveys, fieldwork, or site logistics on UK infrastructure, energy, utilities, environmental, or development projects.
- Strong programme and logistics management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent survey campaigns and access windows.
- Working knowledge of UK Health & Safety and compliance frameworks relevant to fieldwork.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint); familiarity with GIS platforms and interpreting land plans and access routes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in coordinating UK-based survey programmes involving multiple stakeholders including landowners, surveyors, subcontractors, and clients.
- Capable of managing complex fieldwork schedules with commercial awareness of cost control and resource utilisation.
- Comfortable working within shared service or global delivery environments, supporting teams offshore or within a Consulting Delivery Hub model.
