- Experience delivering land referencing outputs to support DCO, TWAO, s.36, or planning applications including Book of Reference and Land Plans.
- Confident user of GIS, land data platforms, and Microsoft 365; comfortable interpreting title, deeds, and plans. Work Experience Required: Explicitly mentioned as 7+ years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of managing multiple concurrent UK infrastructure projects with commercial awareness of budgets, utilisation, and margin management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills engaging with landowners, agents, solicitors, statutory undertakers, and clients in negotiating complex land agreements.
- Familiar with UK regulatory environment for land access and able to integrate land access strategy early into project feasibility, consenting, and construction phases, preferably with prior consultancy or utility sector experience.
