About This Role
- Lead and mentor software engineering team in design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend applications using Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, and Microservices.
- Collaborate with product and solution architects to release new features, participate in design and sprint reviews to remove technical barriers and improve products.
- Own cloud infrastructure optimization and software security implementation using AWS, Kubernetes, Helm Charts, and CI/CD pipelines.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (10-12 years relevant experience).
- Advanced proficiency in Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, Microservices, Java Spring MVC, and Spring Cloud frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins), Kubernetes, container orchestration, Helm Charts, and AWS cloud platform.
- Work hours: 1 PM to 10 PM IST.
