About This Role
- Lead design, development, testing, and maintenance of complex Finance-focused RPA solutions using UiPath and other tools.
- Support and optimize the existing RPA portfolio within Finance to ensure stability and continuous improvement with governance standards.
- Collaborate with finance functional owners, business analysts, and global stakeholders to streamline workflows and implement automation projects that improve operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data and Analytics, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent with 7 years related experience.
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience, specifically with Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Hands-on experience with UiPath and understanding of RPA development principles and best practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours aligned with international time zones; relocation assistance not provided.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in finance-related processes and systems, with familiarity navigating SAP ECC and SAP BW data structures.
- Practiced in agile development methodologies and collaborative solution design with global, cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to artificial intelligence and citizen development tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Alteryx) to enhance automation solutions.
