About This Role
- Own and prioritize the product backlog of risk and control systems to ensure readiness for at least two sprints ahead.
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to drive high-quality software delivery.
- Serve as the main liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams, leading agile ceremonies and ensuring clarity throughout development cycles.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years in technology roles within financial services, including 5+ years as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum.
- Proven domain expertise in Risk and Controls, Operational Risk, or Regulatory functions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Finance.
- Strong hands-on experience with product backlog management, user story writing, and agile ceremony leadership.

- Experienced in execution-focused product ownership in complex, regulated financial technology environments.
- Technically fluent to engage deeply with engineering teams on feasibility and solution design.
