Structured overview of role & requirements
About This Role
- Lead a team developing C++ resimulation solutions for large-scale Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) analysis, responsible for technical execution and delivery of features and releases.
- Hands-on development including design, coding, debugging, testing, and performance optimization of production-quality C++ software, primarily on Linux for HPC or cloud environments.
- Mentor and guide software engineers, enforce engineering best practices, support ADAS algorithm analysis, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement and automation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Robotics, or related field.
- 10–12 years of overall software engineering experience; at least 8 years of hands-on modern C++ development experience.
- Strong experience with Linux application development, debugging, performance optimization, object-oriented design, multithreading, software architecture, and software development lifecycle including CI/CD and testing.
- Experience leading software engineering teams while remaining hands-on; experience with HPC, cloud, parallel or distributed computing environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader with deep expertise in large-scale C++ application development, comfortable balancing hands-on coding with team leadership and delivery ownership.
- Domain familiarity with ADAS, automated driving, automotive software, or resimulation, including sensor data types like camera, radar, or LiDAR, is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven ability to work in complex multi-disciplinary teams and environments requiring automation, scalable solutions, and strong engineering discipline.
