About This Role
- Ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant execution of complex commercial loan closings within Global Operations.
- Support less experienced staff and improve Commercial Loan Closing processes and tools.
- Collaborate with Credit, Sales, Legal, and internal teams to maintain documentation accuracy and compliance with negotiated terms and regulatory standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Commercial Loan Closing support or equivalent through work, training, military, or education.
- Experience with Loan Syndication processes including deal setup, funding, borrower servicing, and lender communications.
- Proficiency with Loans IQ for loan booking, maintenance, payment processing, and transaction management.
- Willingness to work night and rotational shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end commercial lending lifecycle, including syndicated and commercial loan operations with strong compliance focus.
- Skilled in stakeholder collaboration across borrowers, lenders, legal teams, and relationship managers.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-visibility environments with strong risk awareness and attention to detail.
