About This Role
- Design, build, automate, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployment infrastructures across multi-tier environments.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to optimize Java and Spring Boot application lifecycle workflows, including build, packaging, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Manage Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks (Terraform, Ansible), container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes/OpenShift), and embed security controls within automated pipelines, ensuring compliance and operational reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-12 years of relevant experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or build/release automation.
- Technical proficiency in Java (8/11/17+) and Spring Boot ecosystems, including build tools like Maven and Gradle.
- Hands-on experience with Docker/Podman, Kubernetes or Red Hat OpenShift, and CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, Tekton, Harness, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Ansible), scripting languages (Bash/Shell, Python, Groovy), and monitoring/logging platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, ELK).

- Experienced in designing and operating enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation with a strong focus on reliability and security compliance.
- Technical background bridging development and IT operations with hands-on skills in Java microservices and container orchestration.
