About This Role
- Lead and execute the strategic technology architecture and roadmap for the Client Financials portfolio, ensuring alignment with business outcomes.
- Drive cloud-native data services design, development, and migration to Databricks/Spark on AWS, optimizing system performance and infrastructure.
- Own end-to-end solution delivery lifecycle, leading and scaling a team of data and software engineers within an Agile framework, while engaging senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 13+ years of software engineering and applications development experience with large-scale application ownership.
- Strong technical expertise in AWS cloud-native architecture, Databricks, Apache Spark, PySpark, and Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, Hive, Sqoop).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience in financial domain technology including revenue, expense, GSIB, or tax calculations is highly preferred.

- Experienced leader with a proven track record influencing technology strategy and building strong senior stakeholder relationships in complex financial environments.
- Skilled in managing large-scale cloud transformation and data engineering initiatives, specifically using AWS and big data platforms.
