About This Role
- Participate in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team.
- Monitor and control all phases of the development process including analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and provide user and operational support.
- Act as subject matter expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and coach new or lower level analysts, providing advanced programming solutions and consulting with users/clients.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
- Bachelor’s degree, university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
- Work Experience Required: 5-8 years of relevant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in applying consulting/project management techniques and managing deadlines or changing requirements under pressure.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and operate with limited supervision, acting as SME to senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with risk assessment and compliance regarding system design and business practices in a financial environment.
