About This Role
- Provide technical and operational support for enterprise applications including SaaS, COTS, and custom-built systems ensuring reliability, security, and compliance.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and manage releases, patches, and upgrades.
- Contribute to application development and enhancement tasks such as front-end, back-end, API integration, testing, deployment, and documentation under senior engineer guidance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in application development, support, integration, testing, or IT operations.
- Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Vite (or similar frameworks), Python and FastAPI (or comparable back-end).
- Experience with application lifecycle management, incident/problem/change/release management, API integrations, and Agile methodologies.

- Experience balancing both support and development responsibilities in enterprise application environments.
- Skilled in full-stack software development and operational support within cross-functional teams involving business, infrastructure, security, and vendors.
- Comfortable working under senior guidance on technical designs, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and security best practices in a regulated or compliance-aware environment.
