About This Role
- Own the delivery and continuous improvement of a group of ServiceNow products: ITOM (Event/Discovery/CMDB), ITAM (SAM/HAM), and ITSM, ensuring measurable business value and compliance.
- Translate strategic functional goals into actionable product roadmaps, provide prioritization and coaching to Product Owners, and oversee delivery quality, usability, and security.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies, financials, risks, and escalations to ensure alignment with business objectives and continuous value realization.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience (typically 18+ years) in end-to-end product delivery and product strategy execution, specifically with ServiceNow ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and ITSM products.
- Proven leadership experience managing multiple product teams across full delivery lifecycle.
- Mandatory knowledge of agile delivery methodologies (e.g. SaFe, Scrum) and strong communication skills for senior stakeholder management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to lead mature ServiceNow implementations with a focus on ITOM, ITAM, and ITSM products, driving measurable business outcomes.
- Experience working with core ServiceNow architecture, CMDB, discovery, asset models, workflows, and integrations for effective product governance and delivery.
- Strong cross-functional partnership skills with a focus on aligning IT and business stakeholders around product vision, process standardization, and continuous improvement.
