About This Role
- Define and implement quality engineering strategy and standards for cloud platform products, focusing on test automation, infrastructure-as-code, and ephemeral test environments.
- Build and integrate automated quality and security gates into CI/CD pipelines ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements like GxP, SOX, and data integrity.
- Lead quality metrics setting, reporting, mentorship, tooling decisions, and drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering and automated resilience testing across platform teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years in software or platform engineering with 3+ years leading quality or test engineering for tenant platforms at enterprise scale.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, policy-as-code (OPA/Rego), CI/CD quality gates in GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or similar, and proficiency in Python, Go or TypeScript for test tooling.
- Experience in regulated industries (life sciences, pharma, healthcare, or finance) including GxP or equivalent validation processes.
- Production experience on Azure and GCP clouds; working knowledge of Kubernetes and GitOps.

- Experience mentoring engineers and building quality-engineering communities, with hands-on credibility in coding, debugging, and integrating AI-assisted testing and security controls into CI/CD pipelines.
