About This Role
- Own and maintain the risk and compliance state of the ServiceNow and enterprise tools platform throughout its operational life, including automated compliance controls for GxP, SOX, CAB, and electronic signatures.
- Run Risk and Compliance Assessments for platform and product changes early to classify delivery tracks and verify control attestations before release, withholding release if controls are not evidenced.
- Support internal audits and regulatory inspections, maintain qualification and release documentation, manage compliance reviews, and provide continuous assurance evidence for platform controls.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years' experience in IT risk, compliance, quality assurance or computer system validation, including at least 3 years in a regulated environment.
- Degree in technology, life sciences, quality or business discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- Practical experience with risk-based software development lifecycle and computer system validation for configurable or SaaS platforms.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow or comparable enterprise service management platform; experience with internal audits and supporting regulatory inspections.

- Experienced in managing risk and compliance for regulated digital platforms with complex automated controls (e.g., GxP, SOX).
- Operates with precision in controlled documentation and can enforce compliance requirements strongly, including withholding releases when evidence is insufficient.
- Able to collaborate with delivery teams as an enabler of release, maintaining composure during audits and persistence in remediation follow-up.
