About This Role
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements to drive Health & Wellness strategic initiatives.
- Partner with Data & Analytics and technology teams to deliver process improvements, automation, and data-driven reporting insights.
- Support Agile delivery including user story development, documentation, testing, and user adoption for business solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 5+ years in Financial Services as a technology liaison and at least 3 years as Business Analyst, Project Manager or similar role in Technology or Operations; OR 7+ years Financial Services experience without degree with same 3 years role requirement.
- Strong SQL skills for data profiling, querying, root-cause analysis, and supporting reporting/analytics.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
- Work timings aligned to US Eastern Time (05:30 AM – 2:30 PM ET), with flexibility and up to 10% travel.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Financial Services technology liaison roles with a blend of business analysis and project management skills.
- Comfortable operating in Agile environments, writing user stories, managing sprints, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with CareCredit platform and enterprise health data sources for analytics and reporting is a plus.
