About This Role
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle management of the ServiceNow platform, including roadmap planning, configuration governance, release management, and platform evolution.
- Ensure platform stability, security, compliance, and alignment with enterprise and regulatory standards, acting as primary technical authority and escalation point.
- Manage vendor and system integrator relationships, platform governance, cross-functional coordination, financial oversight, and continuous improvement based on KPIs.
Minimum Requirements
- Typically 18+ years experience in ServiceNow technology, platform management, or enterprise systems.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience managing vendor-led platforms with roadmap, release, and configuration governance in regulated environments including audit and compliance.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing integrations and third-party suppliers.
