About This Role
- Define and architect enterprise semantic models, metrics, and AI-ready data products ensuring governance, usability, and performance across platforms like Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Databricks.
- Establish engineering standards and oversee deployment, versioning, testing, monitoring, and governance of machine learning operations and generative AI solutions including CI/CD, model registries, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Provide technical leadership by mentoring engineers and analysts, conducting design reviews, and influencing architecture decisions related to semantic, analytics, MLOps, and AI engineering at an enterprise scale.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence, semantic modeling, data engineering, machine learning engineering, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience as a principal-level technical leader or architect for enterprise data, analytics, or AI solutions.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power BI (including DAX) and/or Microsoft Fabric semantic models, Databricks or comparable cloud data/AI platforms, and ML lifecycle tools such as CI/CD, experiment tracking, and model registries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent practical experience considered.

- Strategic technical leader with deep expertise in semantic model design, governed metric implementation, and analytical performance optimization at enterprise scale.
- Experienced in integrating AI/ML engineering with enterprise data governance, enabling reproducible, secure, and scalable AI solutions including generative AI and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Capable of influencing cross-functional teams and mentoring senior technical staff while providing hands-on architectural guidance and reference implementations in a federated operating environment.
