About This Role
- Deploy, manage, and secure Ivanti's production SaaS environments on AWS and Azure.
- Automate tasks, participate in incident response, and collaborate with distributed teams for problem resolution.
- Write documentation, train colleagues, and manage on-call rotations for 24x7 coverage.
Minimum Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience in managing cloud-based SaaS applications.
- Proficiency in Python plus one of: Java, Golang, or C#; experience with Bash or PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with AWS or Azure, Linux and Windows OS, troubleshooting Java/.NET apps, networks, and storage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Site Reliability Engineering with strong skills in cloud infrastructure and automation.
- Comfortable with technical deep-dives into code, application servers, databases, and network components.
- Capable of working in fast-paced, cross-functional global teams with 24x7 operational responsibility.
