About This Role
- Lead yearly planning, monthly reporting, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis for finance teams globally.
- Provide high-quality management reports to build ownership of budgets across functions and drive process standardization and automation through SOPs and workflows.
- Support ad hoc analysis and projects to enable decision support, while working independently under pressure with high quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-3 years of Account to Report / Record to Report experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Qualified CA / CPA / CMA / MBA degree mandatory.
- Fluent English with excellent presentation skills to global stakeholders.
- Ability to use or quickly learn financial systems (e.g., Excel, SAP, EBI/BW, SBFC, SAC).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience collaborating with multiple finance teams across geographies with strong business knowledge to understand financial data drivers.
- Demonstrated capability in driving continuous improvement, standardization, and automation within finance processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence both finance and non-finance stakeholders and work independently under pressure maintaining high quality.
