About This Role
- Translate customer requirements into tailored AI solution approaches and demos for Fortune 500 clients.
- Build AI application Proofs of Concept and integrate solutions using data engineering, APIs, and Python for live enterprise environments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering to deliver and document scalable customer solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
- 2–5 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar.
- Proficiency with data structures, data engineering, API integration, and Python for data transformation.
- Experience working with AI technologies, enterprise SaaS, and building PoCs or pilots transitioning to production.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in converting customer problems into technical solutions in high-growth startup or enterprise environments.
- Comfortable working both independently and cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams.
- Knowledgeable in GenAI, LLM applications, workflow automation, and integrating with enterprise systems like CRM, HRIS, ITSM, or ERP.
