About This Role
- Own and execute the full employee experience portfolio, including flagship internal events, culture-building programs, recognition, and campaigns for a global remote workforce.
- Lead end-to-end strategy, planning, budgeting, vendor management, and onsite delivery for major internal events hosting 1,700–2,000 employees.
- Create and manage employee communications, measure program impact, and build repeatable processes to enhance participation and connection across HighLevel’s global team.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in employee engagement, internal events, or program management, ideally in a global or high-growth organization.
- Proven experience managing large-scale multi-day corporate events including vendor and agency leadership.
- Strong writing skills for employee communications and storytelling.
- Availability to work overlapping US Eastern hours and travel internationally for major events.

- Experienced hands-on operator comfortable balancing strategy and detailed execution across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
- Strong program management skills managing budgets, timelines, and external partners to deliver culturally aligned experiences.
