About This Role
- Own business requirements and accounting logic for Insurance Accounting product within Fund Accounting and Administration platform.
- Lead business analysis, functional design, and testing to ensure insurance and investment accounting needs are met and regulatory compliance is maintained.
- Manage product enhancements, backlog prioritization, client communication, and training to deliver client value and support agile delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
- Strong experience with insurance and/or investment accounting including complex asset classes.
- 10+ years’ experience as business product owner or business analyst supporting financial or accounting platforms.
- Experience working in an agile development environment and client-facing roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep domain expertise in insurance accounting and fund accounting functional areas with sound accounting judgment.
- Experienced in translating complex accounting requirements into business design and user stories for agile teams.
- Ability to prioritize business value and client impact while managing multiple initiatives and stakeholder communication effectively.
