About This Role
- Own full lifecycle administration and engineering of the BMC Control-M platform across distributed enterprise environments including upgrades, patching, performance, security, and high availability.
- Design, implement, and support complex enterprise batch scheduling and workflow automation to ensure reliable, SLA-compliant production operations.
- Provide advanced L2/L3 production support including monitoring, troubleshooting, failure recovery, and drive automation modernization efforts using Control-M APIs and CI/CD integrations.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience in enterprise workload automation with strong expertise in BMC Control-M administration in production environments.
- Proficient in managing Control-M components: Enterprise Manager, Servers, Agents, web interfaces, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting across distributed platforms.
- Strong UNIX/Linux and Windows administration skills including scripting (Shell), log analysis, and networking fundamentals.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years relevant experience in Control-M administration.

- Experienced in independently managing complex, distributed Control-M environments including enterprise scale upgrades and modernization projects.
- Technically skilled in automation using Control-M Automation API, REST APIs, scripting, and integrating with CI/CD pipelines to improve operational efficiency.
- Comfortable operating in SLA-driven, production-critical environments providing structured root cause analysis and collaborating with cross-functional IT teams.
