About This Role
- Deliver monthly and ad hoc financial and business reports for APAC stakeholders with accurate commentary.
- Reconcile balance sheet items, investigate variances, and drive timely resolution with finance, commercial, supply chain, and external partners.
- Support reporting automation, data quality improvements, ERP upgrades, and maintain controls and audit compliance related to reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in finance, accounting, commerce, business or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial reporting, management reporting or related finance roles.
- Strong understanding of month-end close processes, financial controls, and practical experience with SAP or similar ERP systems and advanced Excel.
- Role based in India with a hybrid working pattern requiring regular on-site presence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in regional reporting across multiple countries/currencies and familiar with internal control frameworks and audit preparation.
- Skilled with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL and exposure to supply chain finance, intercompany accounting, or commercial finance.
- Able to lead reporting automation, data cleansing projects or ERP reporting migrations and experienced working with shared services or managing external delivery partners.
