About This Role
- Manage and process post-issue annuity transactions such as policy changes, withdrawals, transfers, and beneficiary updates with accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Review and validate transaction requests, perform related calculations, resolve discrepancies, and maintain records in policy administration systems.
- Meet service-level agreements and quality standards while identifying process improvements and supporting junior team members.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduation in any stream; Commerce graduate preferred.
- Minimum 1 year work experience in Life Insurance domain with focus on quality, accuracy, and accountability.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, basic email and letter writing skills, and basic mathematical problem-solving ability.
- Effective English business communication skills; experience working in office or professional environment with scheduled shifts.

- Experience handling moderately complex annuity post-issue transactions within a life insurance domain environment.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working independently while ensuring regulatory and company compliance.
- Able to collaborate with internal teams, carriers, and external partners to resolve discrepancies and support process improvements.
