About This Role
- Own the end-to-end management of the organization’s software application portfolio including evaluation, onboarding, administration, renewal, optimization, and retirement.
- Support software procurement, contract renewals, licensing activities, and vendor negotiations to optimize costs and compliance.
- Manage software incidents, service requests, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors, contributing to process and operational excellence in a new Delhi hub.
Minimum Requirements
- Work Experience Required: Experience in software application management and IT operations in enterprise IT environments.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Software Asset Management and IT Service Management (ITSM) including incident and request management.
- Practical knowledge of software procurement processes including contracts, licensing, renewals, and vendor relations.
- Understanding of application lifecycle management and software asset management best practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing software portfolios with ability to handle vendor negotiations and software license optimization.
- Capable of developing and automating processes using AI and workflow automation to support autonomous operating models.
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional, global technology environment with focus on operational excellence and process development.
