About This Role
- Own delivery performance and accountability for 4-6 cross-functional pods in a sub-domain, ensuring pace, predictability, and outcome focus.
- Lead and implement AI-augmented delivery practices to reduce waste, improve flow, and accelerate software delivery.
- Manage cross-pod dependencies, stakeholder communications, risk, capacity planning, and coaching to enable autonomous, value-driven teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years in delivery/agile roles with at least 3 years managing multiple teams/pods simultaneously in a technology environment.
- Expertise in flow-based delivery methods (Kanban, lean, continuous delivery); Scrum is not the only method used.
- Strong knowledge of AI tools applied to software delivery such as coding assistants, automation, and analytics.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years; Experience in regulated industries like gaming or fintech is desirable but not mandatory.
