About This Role
- Architect and design scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dynamics CRM solutions tailored to complex business needs.
- Lead and oversee development, customization, integration, and performance optimization of Dynamics 365 modules.
- Manage requirements gathering, technical specifications, code reviews, mentorship, data migration, and system enhancements within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of hands-on software engineering experience with significant expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dynamics CRM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization, CRM development/integration, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Azure Logic Apps/Functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related field.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) certification or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading end-to-end Dynamics 365 solution architecture and development with a track record of delivering integrated enterprise CRM platforms.
- Strong technical leadership skills demonstrated by mentoring junior engineers and enforcing best practices in Dynamics 365 environments.
- Familiar with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 deployments and able to adapt to new Microsoft technologies such as Power Virtual Agents and AI Builder.
