About This Role
- Lead business analysis activities for global FAQ and content management initiatives, including stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering.
- Analyze and document content structures, metadata, governance, and business processes to improve content management and reusability.
- Develop operational documentation and strategic recommendations to enhance global knowledge management and content lifecycle processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in business analysis, content management, and knowledge management within digital or global content domains.
- Proficiency with content management systems, digital content platforms, and advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Work Experience Required: 4 to 6 years relevant experience
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in business analysis with strong expertise in digital/global content management and governance.
- Skilled in documenting business processes, metadata management, and developing traceability between requirements and deliverables.
- Familiarity with regulated industries (healthcare, life sciences, medical devices) and content modernization initiatives is preferred.
