About This Role
- Provide managed networking services by proactively identifying, investigating, and resolving technical incidents to maintain client IT infrastructure uptime.
- Monitor client infrastructure and execute maintenance tasks such as patching and configuration changes while following approved procedures and service standards.
- Support incident resolution, request fulfilment, knowledge sharing, and process improvement including identifying automation opportunities and occasional project or disaster recovery support.
