About This Role
- Connect purchasing activities and operational metrics with finance reporting to support leadership decisions.
- Develop and maintain financial and performance reports, dashboards; analyze results to identify key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, productivity analysis, and automation/digitalization of reporting processes within Strategic Planning & Governance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, business, engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in business/financial analysis, reporting, or data analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and handling large datasets; fluent in spoken and written English.
- Location requirement: role is based in Mumbai, India; ability to work flexible schedules aligned to international time zones.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in purchasing, finance, source-to-pay, or strategic planning & governance domains with strong financial acumen.
- Skilled in transforming complex data into actionable business insights and comfortable collaborating across functions and geographies.
- Technically inclined with interest or experience in digital tools, AI, automation, and data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Databricks, SQL).
