About This Role
- Develop, test, debug, and modify Java-based applications using Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with product managers and users to define system requirements and write technical specifications.
- Guide junior team members on technical challenges and conduct interviews for junior positions.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Java development with Core Java, Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring MVC, Microservices, RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency in OAuth2, JPA, logging, basic cloud environment knowledge, CI/CD, DevOps, GitHub, servlet container, Unix scripting, and database concepts.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Work Experience Required: 4+ years in relevant technology stack.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in API development and unit testing with a clear understanding of business requirements.
- Capable of leadership in technical problem-solving and mentoring junior developers.
- Likely familiar with fintech/payments domain or interested in working within it.
