About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance Java-based applications using microservices architecture.
- Drive adoption of modern engineering practices such as trunk-based development, TDD, BDD, CI/CD, and secure coding.
- Lead technical discussions, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure engineering excellence and operational resilience.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Java, Angular, SpringBoot, Kafka, and Oracle.
- Strong expertise in system design, microservices architecture, TDD, BDD, and automation-first mindset.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, code reviews, and secure coding including vulnerability assessments.
- Exposure to cloud-native technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker. Work Experience Required: 8+ years.
