About This Role
- Own end-to-end business analysis including gathering, documenting, validating requirements, and supporting UAT and release activities.
- Facilitate Agile delivery by managing Scrum ceremonies, product backlog grooming, impediment resolution, and driving sprint predictability and delivery.
- Manage production issues, defect tracking, change requests, and coordinate demos to showcase delivered features and business value.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in Business Analysis and Agile delivery roles, especially in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Location requirement: Mumbai, India.
- Experience working with tools like Jira and Confluence preferred; prior experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in both business analysis and Scrum facilitation within Agile environments, handling end-to-end delivery and stakeholder management.
- Comfortable managing cross-functional teams and driving disciplined sprint execution with clear communication on progress and risks.
- Preferably has domain knowledge or experience in insurance but not mandatory; able to manage production support and issue management effectively.
