About This Role
- Manage end-to-end indirect procurement process including requisition creation, purchase order issuance, and procurement compliance within defined SLAs and turnaround times.
- Conduct procurement due diligence, validate requests, review contracts, and coordinate necessary approvals across Sourcing, Risk, Finance, and Contract teams.
- Serve as primary contact for procurement inquiries, resolve routine procurement and invoice issues, support reporting, process improvements, and provide Tier-1 Coupa system support.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in global/shared services environment supporting indirect procurement categories like Hardware, Software/SaaS, and Professional Services.
- Experience with procurement systems such as Coupa, SAP, or equivalent platforms.
- Ability to handle high transaction volumes with accuracy, compliance, and SLA adherence.
- Applicants may need to attend in-person interviews or appear onsite as part of recruitment process.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in global/shared services procurement environment with specialization in indirect spend categories.
- Detail-oriented with strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills to ensure compliance and process accuracy.
- Familiarity with procurement governance, contract interpretation, and procurement tools (Coupa/SAP), able to support system issues and user profiles.
