About This Role
- Manage end-to-end staffing, resource allocation, and workforce planning across projects and business units.
- Partner with business leaders and project managers to understand resource requirements and deployment timelines, ensuring effective utilization and forecasting.
- Maintain resource management dashboards, ensure data accuracy, coordinate resource deployment activities, and provide regular updates on staffing risks and utilization trends to leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, Talent Deployment, Staffing Operations or related functions.
- Any Graduation/Post Graduation; MBA specified as degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong MS Excel and Data Analysis skills are mandatory.
- Experience working in professional services, consulting, or shared services preferred but not required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in resource management and workforce planning within dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments such as consulting or shared services.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities and coordinating among various stakeholders including business leaders and hiring teams.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data-driven resource utilization and forecasting.
